For travel advisors

A website you're proud to send people to. And an assistant that works while you sleep.

Neither one is about technology. Look better to the people who were already sent your way, and get your nights back.

Is your website costing you the referrals you already earned?

Nobody found you on Google. They found you from a friend — and then they looked you up.

Looks like every other advisor on your host’s template
Hasn’t been touched since 2021
Painful on a phone — which is where they’re looking
Doesn’t say what you actually specialize in
No easy way to reach you that doesn’t go to spam
You don’t own it. Leave your host and it disappears.

When 682 travel advisors were asked how they get clients, word of mouth came back at 87% and past clients at 81%. Website and search were not on the list at all. Those people still look you up before they call.

Every website has two halves. You only ever see one.

You can build the most beautiful travel office in the world. If you build it in the middle of the desert, nobody walks in.

Left: a travel agency homepage as visitors see it. Right: the same page's title tag, heading structure, load time, and what an AI assistant reads from it.

Demo built for a fictional agency. Most advisors have paid for the first half. Almost nobody has paid for the second.

Google works like a bridal show.

Picture the room

Imagine you walk into a bridal show with 500 travel agents. Everyone has a booth. When the doors open, people stop at the booths that are attractive, easy to understand, have helpful information, look professional — and already have people standing at them.

Google works exactly the same way.

That's all “SEO” means

It isn't a dark art and it isn't a trick. It's making your booth one that people stop at — and making it obvious, at a glance, what you're the person to talk to about.

Think of Google as a referral source. It only refers people to advisors it trusts.

And here's what we won't tell you: nobody is going to outrank Expedia. Not us, not anybody. That isn't the game. The game is your niche, your town, and being the name that comes back when a client asks ChatGPT to check you out.

Most advisor sites have one page that says “We book Alaska cruises.”

Every alternative below is a question a client has already asked you. You've answered them a hundred times out loud. Nobody ever wrote them down.

Left: a single thin Alaska Cruises page. Right: six specific pages answering real client questions about Alaska cruises.

That isn't writing. That's your expertise, finally getting out of your inbox.

Two real travel sites. Both live. Both ours.

Everything else on this page is a demo built for a made-up agency. When something is real, we say it's real.

We are not going to show you a traffic chart. We don't have a clean year of before-and-after numbers on these, and we're not going to invent one.

Run the number yourself. We'll wait.

Your arithmetic, not ours

What's your average commission on a booking? Write it down.

  • If it's $500 → this has to produce two extra bookings a month to return twelve thousand a year.
  • If it's $250 → four.
  • If it's $1,000 → one.

What this market charges

  • Truevail — $699 plus $49/mo hosting. That's $1,287 your first year.
  • Suitcase Designs — $1,990 to $4,990 per year, across 170+ advisor sites.
  • Your host's free template — free, and it isn't yours.

We are not promising you two bookings. We're telling you the number this has to clear to be worth your money.

And if it never produces a single extra booking, you still own a site that doesn't embarrass you when a referral looks you up. Decide whether that's worth it to you. If the number doesn't clear, don't buy it.

You know you should. It’s 9pm. You don’t.

ChatGPT tells you things. An assistant does things.

The difference is two things: connect it to your stuff, and teach it your company. Every advisor has tried the left side. Almost nobody has seen the right one.

Left: a single chat window that knows nothing about your business. Right: the same assistant wired to your inbox, phone, website form, calendar, CRM and live research, running on a schedule.
Running today

This one runs every day, for a travel agency.

We built it for a working travel advisor and it has run since February. The screens below are a demo rebuild for a fictional agency — we don't publish a real advisor's mail.

A morning travel-industry brief email with four verified story cards, each showing its source and a Create Facebook Post button.

9am, every weekday

What happened in Disney and cruise news, from seven sources, in one email. Also on her phone.

Every story gets checked

Before it sends, it opens the original article and runs a six-question review against it. The rule written into it, in plain English: when in doubt, leave it out — her credibility with her clients is on the line.

One button: Create FB Post

Turns a news story into a Facebook post that’s ready to publish. Plus three coaching tips a day, checked against its own history so it never repeats one.

It can email exactly two people

That limit is hard-coded. It could not email her clients if it tried.

It's not a CRM. It talks to your CRM.

You're already paying for Tern, or using whatever your host handed you. We're not replacing any of it. We're giving it hands.

We’d build it

An inquiry lands, it reads what they actually asked for, and drafts a personal reply with the details that matter.

We’d build it

Pulling data off the web

Supplier pages, promo calendars, sailing lists — collected on a schedule instead of by hand.

A website inquiry from a couple planning a 25th anniversary Alaska cruise, the details the assistant extracted from it, and the personalized draft reply it produced for the advisor to send.

Demo built for a fictional agency. Drafts come to you first — always.

Not built yet

None of this exists today. It's what we would build for a travel advisor, and we'd rather tell you that up front than let you find out later.

While your client is in the air.

It knows who’s traveling

And what matters to them: the anniversary, the mobility issue, the grandkids, the dietary thing.

It watches the advisories

State Department postings for every country on your books.

It watches the rules that move

EU Entry/Exit biometrics. ETIAS. Passport-validity windows that have burned advisors this year.

It messages you

“Two of your travelers land in Rome Thursday. Entry requirements changed Tuesday. Here’s exactly what changed.”

A concept alert sent to the advisor about an entry-requirement change affecting a client arriving in Rome, watermarked as not built yet.

It never messages your traveler. It messages you. In a Seller of Travel state that distinction isn't a nicety — it's your registration. The assistant doesn't give travel advice. You do.

What would you pay for an assistant at your beck and call, 24 hours a day?

About $39 a month. Call it $1.30 a day.

What's one hour of a bookkeeper, an attorney, or a web person in your town? That's most of a month, right there.

An itemized monthly cost breakdown: Hostinger VPS $14.99, Zoho Mail $1, Perplexity $1.40, Google Gemini $1, domain $1, Telegram free — $19.39 of new spend, plus ChatGPT Plus at $20, totalling $39.39 a month.

It needs a ChatGPT subscription from OpenAI

If you don’t already have one, that $20 is real money you’d be adding. A Claude subscription cannot be used this way.

The server is quoted at its renewal price

Not the first-year promo. The promo runs out, and you should know the number you’ll actually be paying in month thirteen.

Questions travel advisors ask

Will a new website bring me more bookings?+

We will not promise that. When 682 travel advisors were asked how they get clients, word of mouth came back at 87% and past clients at 81% — website and search did not appear on the list at all. What your site does is decide what a referred client thinks when they look you up before calling. That is worth paying for. Lead generation is not what we are selling.

I already have a website from my host. Why would I need another?+

Around 65% of host agencies hand advisors some kind of website. If yours works and you are staying put, keep it. The reason advisors buy a real site is almost always the same: they are switching hosts or going independent, and the host subdomain — plus everything it ever earned — disappears the day they leave. What you are buying is the exit from someone else’s template.

What does the assistant actually cost to run?+

About $39 a month, everything in, at full non-promotional pricing. That is roughly $19 of new spend — the server, its email address, live research, image generation, a domain — plus a ChatGPT Plus subscription at $20 that most advisors already pay for. Every account is in your name on your card. We do not mark any of it up and we do not resell it. Prices checked July 28, 2026.

Do I need a ChatGPT subscription?+

Yes — specifically an OpenAI ChatGPT subscription. The agent signs into the plan you already pay for rather than adding a separate AI bill. A Claude subscription cannot be used this way. If you do not have one, add $20 a month to the numbers above.

Is it safe to let AI near my client information?+

Only if it is set up right, which is the whole reason to hire someone who does security for a living. Your agent runs sandboxed, with least-privilege access and an allowlist of who is allowed to talk to it. The one we run for a travel agency can email exactly two people — that limit is hard-coded. And anything client-facing is a draft until you send it.

Can it talk to my CRM?+

It is not a CRM and it will not replace one. If you are on Tern or whatever your host provided, keep it. The assistant is designed to work alongside those tools rather than instead of them. Which specific connections we can build depends on what your CRM exposes, and that is a conversation for the call.

What about Seller of Travel rules?+

They are exactly why the assistant never contacts your travelers. It reports to you, and you talk to your clients. Several states — California, Florida, Washington and Hawaii among them — register sellers of travel, and your registration is your name on the line. We keep AI on the back-office side of that line.

Three ways to start. Two of them are free.

Send us your web address and you'll get back how your site is doing plus two things you can fix yourself this week — yours whether or not you ever hire us.

Bring us your ugliest process. If we can't help, we'll say so on the call.
