What does an AI consultant for a small business actually do?+
Three things, mostly. We find out where you're invisible, in Google and now in ChatGPT, and we fix it. We rebuild websites that are costing you work. And we set up AI agents that handle the repetitive parts of your week, then teach you to run them. What we don't do is sell you software. There's nothing for us to resell, so the advice isn't quietly steering you anywhere. Most owners start with the free analysis and go further only if it turns something up.
How does the audit credit work?+
Buy the audit and 100% of the $999 comes off anything you go on to hire us for. A website, an agent, a retainer, any of it. There is no minimum project size. In practice that means the audit is free for anyone who hires us, and $999 for a written second opinion if they do not. The one limit: the credit is not combined with a limited-time rate, so you take whichever is worth more, never both.
Do I need the audit before a Personal AI Agent?+
No. The agent setup includes its own scoping session, because we cannot build skills around your week without asking about your week first. Buy the agent on its own and nothing is missing. The audit is the broader picture, covering your website and how you show up in Google and AI answers, and it is worth doing if you want that too. If you already bought one, the full $999 comes off the agent price.
Do I need a ChatGPT subscription for an agent?+
No. The Founding Agent includes its AI usage in the monthly rate, so there is nothing else to subscribe to and never a surprise AI bill. The bespoke Personal AI Agent Setup runs on your own AI accounts, and we scope the right plan with you on the call. The Managed Agent includes everything, since we run it.
What is the difference between the Refresh and the Redesign?+
The Refresh keeps what your site already says. We carry your content over, restyle it under a modern theme, make minor tweaks, and do the basic SEO, all for a flat $1,795 for the homepage plus up to five more pages, with a year of Site Care. The Redesign includes all of that and then goes further: built from scratch rather than restyled, up to seven pages, full SEO, a Google Business Profile overhaul, Google Analytics, working inquiry follow-up, and two years of Site Care, starting at $2,500. If you like your content and the site just looks dated, take the Refresh. If what the site says is the problem, or you have no site at all, you need the Redesign.
What's the 'runbook' that comes with the agent setup?+
It's your agent's owner's manual, written in plain English: what the agent does, what it can't do, and how to turn it off. It's what makes self-maintaining your agent realistic after your included 90 days of Agent Care.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Every monthly service (Site Care, Visibility Basics, the Visibility Retainer, Agent Care, Managed Agent, and AI Concierge) is month to month and cancels anytime. The audit is money-back if we find nothing worth fixing.
