Introduction
Empowerment AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at empowerment-ai.com and use our services.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Your name
- Email address
- Message content
- Any other information you choose to include
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Please review Formspree's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with our site. This data is collected through standard web server logs and is used to maintain site security and improve performance.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Browsing this site sets a small number of first-party cookies, listed below. None of them are advertising cookies.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as
_ga) to tell returning visitors from new ones and reports aggregate usage to Google; you can block it with a browser setting or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites. Neither builds a profile of you for advertising. - Essential cookies: only if you sign in to the admin area, which is for our own staff. Ordinary visitors never receive one.
- Booking page: our scheduling page loads Calendly only after you choose to open it. Until you do, nothing from Calendly runs and no cookie of theirs is set. Once you open it, their privacy policy applies.
We do not use advertising pixels or any cross-site ad tracking. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
- Provide our consulting, training, and automation services
- Improve and maintain our website
- Send you communications related to our services (only with your consent)
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Vercel: website hosting, and the cookieless page-view analytics described above
- Google Analytics: the cookie-based usage analytics described above
- Formspree: contact form processing
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the security check on our forms, which tells us a submission came from a person rather than a bot
- Supabase: stores blog content, contact requests, and workshop registrations
- Resend: sends confirmation and notification email
- Calendly: scheduling, and only on the booking page once you open it
- Google Fonts: web typography
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review their policies.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With service providers who assist in operating our website (as listed above)
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
