AI agents ยท your hosting ยท your ChatGPT plan

ChatGPT answers questions. An agent gets things done.

A personal AI agent works for your business around the clock. It remembers, it learns, and it acts. You message it like a person. We set it up, secure it, and hand you the keys.

The same Monday, with and without an agent.

Nothing about the business changed. What changed is who does the first pass on all of it.

A business owner at a kitchen table late at night, surrounded by sticky notes, invoices and two phones
Before
11:40 PM. Still on the inbox.

Every follow-up, every quote, every "did you see my email" lands on the owner. It gets done late, or it does not.

The same owner the next morning with fresh coffee, smiling at a phone showing the overnight work completed
After
7:00 AM. Coffee, and a briefing.

The agent read the inbox overnight, drafted the easy replies, chased the quiet quotes, and texted the three things that need a human.

Nothing customer-facing goes out without your say-so. The agent drafts and waits; you approve from your phone.

AI automation for small business, in plain English

Automation used to mean writing rules. If this email arrives, move it to that folder. It worked right up until something unexpected happened, which in a small business is most days.

An AI agent is how automation gets done now. Instead of rules, you give it the job the way you'd explain it to a new hire. Read the inbox overnight, draft replies to the easy ones, flag anything that needs me. It handles the wording and the judgment calls, because it reads the way a person does.

The difference shows up when something changes. A rule-based automation has to be pulled apart and rebuilt every time your process moves. You just tell the agent what changed, the same way you'd tell a person, and it carries on. That is why this is the version of automation that finally works in a small business, where the process moves most weeks.

The short version: the agent is the thing, automation is what it does for you. You don't need to know the difference to hire one.

You've used ChatGPT. You haven't seen this.

The difference between a chatbot and a worker.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

A chatbot

  • โ€”Waits for you to open a browser tab
  • โ€”Forgets you between conversations
  • โ€”Suggests, but you still do the work
  • โ€”Knows nothing about your business
  • โ€”Works when you visit it
โšก

Your agent

  • โœ“Messages you first when something needs attention
  • โœ“Remembers your clients, preferences, and rules
  • โœ“Does the task: drafts, sends, watches, files
  • โœ“Learns new skills built for YOUR workflows
  • โœ“Works 24/7 from the messenger in your pocket

We run these every day. Here's what they do.

Not demos. Not hypotheticals. Working agents.

๐Ÿ“ฅ

Inbox triage

Reads the inbox overnight, drafts replies for review, and flags the two messages that actually need a human.

๐Ÿ“Š

Morning briefing

A 7am text: today's schedule, follow-ups coming due, and anything that broke while you slept.

๐Ÿ”Ž

Research runner

"Look into these five prospects tonight." Wake up to finished briefs on each one.

๐Ÿ›ฐ๏ธ

Business watchdog

Monitors your website, uptime, and reviews. Messages you before a customer notices a problem.

Set up right, or not at all.

01

Your hosting, your agent

It runs on a small, low-cost server in YOUR account. You own it. We are not renting you access to anything.

02

Your existing ChatGPT plan

The agent signs into the subscription you already pay for. No separate per-use AI bill, no markup from us.

03

Security first, in writing

Sandboxed. Least-privilege. Only approved people can talk to it. A human reviews anything customer-facing. You get the whole setup documented.

04

Trained on your workflows

Three starter skills built for how YOUR business runs, a one-hour handoff session, and a plain-English runbook.

One fee to set it up. Nothing to cancel but a server.

Your only sunk cost is the setup. After that: your hosting, your ChatGPT plan, your agent. Don't like it? Shut the server down. We make nothing off your running costs.

The payback math: even at 2 hours a week saved (the conservative, research-backed average for AI at work) your time comes back at hundreds of dollars a month. The setup typically pays for itself in about 15 weeks.

Personal AI Agent Setup

Your own 24/7 AI agent. Secured, trained, and yours.

  • โœ“A scoping session first, so the skills are built around your actual week
  • โœ“Set up on YOUR low-cost hosting, in your own account
  • โœ“Hardened by default: sandboxed, least-privilege, allowlisted
  • โœ“Runs on your own AI accounts: we scope the right plan on the call
  • โœ“Reachable by Telegram or WhatsApp
  • โœ“3 starter skills built for your workflows
  • โœ“1-hour training + plain-English runbook (your agent's owner's manual: what it does, what it can't do, how to turn it off)
  • โœ“First 90 days of Agent Care included: we watch it while you learn it
See What an Agent Can Do

Agent Care (optional)

Completely optional after your included 90 days. We watch it so you never have to think about it.

  • โœ“Basic: monitoring, updates, security patches, uptime
  • โœ“Standard: everything above + one change or new skill per month
  • โœ“First 90 days of Basic included with every Agent Setup
  • โœ“Included free with AI Concierge
  • โœ“Or skip it after 90 days: the setup includes a runbook, and plenty of owners maintain their own

Fair questions.

Is this another AI subscription?

No. The agent runs on your own low-cost hosting, in your own account, and signs into the ChatGPT subscription you already pay for. We charge once to set it up right. Cancel the server anytime. The setup fee is your only sunk cost.

What can it actually do?

Real tasks: triage your inbox and draft replies, chase follow-ups, watch your website and alert you when something breaks, research prospects overnight, send you a morning briefing. You message it on Telegram or WhatsApp like you would an assistant.

Is it safe to give an AI access to my stuff?

Only if it is set up right, and that is the whole point of hiring someone who does security for a living. Your agent runs sandboxed with least-privilege access, an allowlist of who can talk to it, and a hard rule: a human reviews anything customer-facing. You get the security setup in writing.

What do I need before we start?

A ChatGPT (OpenAI) subscription. The agent uses the plan you already have, so there is no separate AI bill. If you use a different AI provider, other setups are possible. We cover the options in the audit.

Do I have to buy the care plan?

No. Care is completely optional. The setup includes a plain-English runbook, and plenty of owners maintain their own agent from there. Care is for people who would rather never think about servers, updates, or patches, and it is included free if you are a Concierge client.

What happens if I stop using it?

Cancel your hosting and the agent is gone. No contract with us, no cancellation fee, nothing else to unwind. We are not making money off your running costs, so we have no reason to lock you in.
