What it learns about you

The five questions, and why each one is there. It reads back a profile card at the end; correct anything it got wrong and it stays corrected.

Who you are: Your name, your agency, and what you mostly sell: the niches, the suppliers you book most, the trips you want more of.
How you write: One past client email with the client’s name and any booking numbers deleted. It learns your voice from that, not from a template.
Your brand in four words: Three words that describe your brand and one word you never use. "Guest," "unforgettable," whatever it is.
How you sign off: So every draft ends the way yours do.
Your website: If you have one. It reads it once so it stops asking you things that are already written down.

What to type first

It keeps a list of three invented open quotes and drafts the follow-up nudges without being asked. "approve 1" sends that email to your own inbox and your phone buzzes. That buzz is the whole point.

The rules during the trial

✓Invented or de-identified data only. No client names, passport numbers, dates of birth, or card numbers. If you paste one, it refuses to store it and tells you why. Same rule as the session, enforced by the tool.
✓It can send email to exactly one address: yours. It cannot email anyone else. That limit is written into the code, not the instructions.
✓Everything you tell your agent stays in your agent. Nothing is shared between trial agents.
✓On day seven the agent is deleted with everything you told it, unless you decide to keep it. Day five, it reminds you.

Straight answers

Do I need ChatGPT for this?: No. The agent has its own AI built in. You need Telegram and a phone.
Why Telegram?: Because it is the fastest way to give you your own agent with nothing to install on a laptop and nothing to configure. You message it the way you message a person.
Is it safe to put my client’s details in?: Do not, and it will not let you. The trial runs on invented or de-identified data, which is also how you learn what it can do without risking anything.
Can it email my clients?: No. During the trial it can only email you. Sending to clients is something the paid version does after your real inbox is connected on a call, and even then it drafts and you approve.
What happens after seven days?: If you do nothing, it is deleted along with everything you told it, and you will not hear from us about it again. If you want to keep it, the options are below.
Who can see what I type?: Your agent runs in its own container on our hosting. Randy can see that the container is running and how much AI it used; he does not read your conversations.
